LAWRENCE ALDO LEOPOLD CONFERENCE

Sustainable Lawrence is bringing the first Lawrence Township Aldo Leopold Conference to the Lawrenceville School on Saturday March 16, 2024. The half-day conference opens at 9 AM, and closes with an open participant discussion over lunch (which is provided). The gathering honors Aldo Leopold who, as a Lawrenceville School Student, explored and wrote about nature in the surrounding area.

Conference participants will learn about Aldo Leopold's Lawrenceville experience and his emerging conservation ideas, and about greenways and open space, existing and opportunities for growth, in the township.

Free registration is open to all.

The Lawrenceville School, Friends of the Lawrence Greenway, and the Lawrence Township Environmental Education Foundation are event co-sponsors.
